Lina Ran graduated from Chongqing Medical University and worked at the Chengdu 363 hospital as a physician for over two years. Throughout her career, she treated many patients with recurrent issues for which medications had limited effectiveness. This piqued her curiosity and fueled her desire to improve health by addressing the root causes of ailments. Drawing on her clinical experience, she recognized that a patient's healing ability is significantly influenced by stress, psychosocial factors, medication side effects, and lifestyle. Born into a family that practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), she acquired extensive knowledge from classic TCM texts taught by her parents. After immigrating to the USA, she decided to further her studies at the New York College of Traditional Medicine. Upon obtaining her acupuncture license and master's degree, she practiced extensively in a busy clinic setting. She enjoys high praise from her loyal patients for her unique treatments, which combine the five elements of acupuncture with crystal healing—utilizing the energies of crystal water, wood, fire, earth, and metal to enhance treatments.
